Research done in 2019 by the National Association of Realtors® Research Group states that “83% of buyers’ agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home.”
Home staging is a great investment towards the sale of your home. Even in a competitive market, like the one we’re in now, staged homes are selling faster and for more money! Who wouldn’t want to take advantage of a resource like that! In the same study by the NAR, “1/4 of buyer’s agents said that staging a home increased the dollar value offered between 1 and 5 percent, compared to other similar homes on the market that are not staged.” And “17% of sellers’ agents stated that staging a home increased the dollar value of the home between 6 and 10 percent.”
