Each Set The Stage franchise location is independently owned and operated and is solely responsible for its own text messaging program, including compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, state privacy laws, and carrier requirements. The franchisor, Set The Stage, Inc., does not operate or manage franchisee SMS programs.

Franchisees collect and store your mobile number and any personal information you provide solely to operate and support their text messaging program. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates. A franchisee may share your information only with service providers as necessary to deliver messages under strict confidentiality obligations.
